[Board] Copernicus Agreement

Hi!

As usual, FOSS4G has an agreement with ISPRS to publish the academic
track on their Archives. We have to do some paperwork to process the
invoice and for that we need an account on Copernicus. Does OSGeo by
any chance already has an account here[1] from previous years?

If not, do you prefer that someone from the Board do this or can I do
it in OSGeo's name?
