[Board] OSGeo budget 2021

Hi Mario,

The board had a meeting and your budget request was discussed.
Since we are on the last days of 2021 and there is an open call for 2022 
budget requests, we decided not to amend/change the 2021 budget:
Please contact the Treasurer for the execution of the approved amount of 
2000$ and include any remaining items to your 2022 budget request.
