[Board] Proposing OSGeo apply for a Google Season of Docs grant

Cameron,

this is extremely valuable project and a very good timing as we have just discussed the need to make the categories of software listed
on the osgeo website and osgeo live consistent - it is somewhat confusing now.

Although this may be beyond the scope of the project but some modernization of terms may be needed as well 
(e.g. there was a suggestion to replace Desktop with Geospatial Processing Platform because Desktop is usually only one of several
ways how certain software is used).

Angelos, board, - given that we have board meeting on March 29 and this is needed much sooner can we approve this through Loomio?
Angelos may be you can put it up for a vote?
