Thanks for the information!

We are going to use some shop like that for FOSS4G. Well, probably two: one
for Latin America and another one for "rest of the world".

So what I can do is create a new one if we can't recover it and then give
treasurer at ... access. Or someone on the marketing committee?

Or do we do it the other way around and you create it from the marketing
committee and give me access? Both ways work, I am not preferring either.
As long as the final payment details are OSGeo's account, that's fine.

If it is cafepress or redbubble or any other one of your choosing, that's
equally fine for us. Most of them don't ship to Latin America/Argentina
anyway so this is the plan for targeting the northern hemisphere +
Australia mostly. If it is an European shop instead of a USA one that would
mean being able to target more countries, but I think the cost will be
higher too.
