[Board] Board meeting 2021-11-29

Hi all,

If I remember correctly, the board meeting used to be at 16:00 UTC 
during winter time.
Would everyone be ok to move the next board meeting to 16:00 UTC so we 
can use the same time slot we had in summer time?
