[Board] offer of support to OSGeo from GeoForAll Iberoamerica

Dear Sergio,

The board discussed this topic during the previous board meeting and we 
would like to get some more feedback from you regarding the concerns to 
make contributions from the geolibero project. Can you please elaborate 
more on the concerns?
We would definitely like any help we can get to promote OSGeo more.
Perhaps you would like to join our next board meeting to discuss further?
