We are writing to remind you of a meeting about promotion cooperation.

As we requested, we would like to suggest promotion cooperation between FOSS4G and SGE.

I put OSGeo board in the loop because I think it could be useful to have someone from the board too (I also added Sanghee Shin a well know Korean OSGeo member)


Could we arrange a date for a meeting to discuss the aforementioned suggestion?

      Our proposal includes the following:

        - Promotion cooperation (Website logo/exhibition booth barter)

        - Conference partnership (e.g. SGE serving as the venue for the next (tentative) FOSS4G Korea, etc.)



We will stay in Firenze from Aug. 23 to 26. However, unfortunately, we must leave Firenze by noon August 26, so it would be difficult to have a meeting on the last day of FOSS4G.

We are free from Aug. 23 to 26. Please let us know which date and time would suit you best.

For me a good time could be Thursday 25 from 8 to 9, if someone from  OSGeo board could join it we can confirm and I let you know the place


Plus, 4 or 5 members of our team will join the meeting.
