Dear OSGeo Board members,

I am representing a partnership of public institutions dedicated to 
promote the Open Source software Masterportal.
The Masterportal is an OGC compliant web based geoviewer published under 
the MIT license and developed by a growing Open Source community.

The Partnership Masterportal is committed to the same ideals as the Open 
Source Geospatial Foundation.
In order to collaborate further with different Open Source communities 
and make the Masterportal more visible we would like to take part in 
your organization.

Is it possible to join your group and be displayed at your projects list?
We would appreciate it immensely if we could in touch and discuss 
different methods of working together.
