[Board] OSGeo Introduction at FOSDEM 2022

Hello all,

at the 6. February will be FOSDEM 2022 and the geospatial devroom.

It would be nice to start the day with an introduction about OSGeo like 
we did last year.

I want to ask whether someone from the board could do the introduction. 
It could be the updated slides from last year and has to be a 
prerecorded video (duration +- 20min as we define).

It would be great to get feedback as soon as possible.
