[Board] OSGeo Introduction at FOSDEM 2022

Hello Angelos,

maybe it is already too late as FOSDEM 2022 is on the 6th February.

But maybe it is ok to run the event this time without an introduction.

Still if somone volunteers I could ask the FOSDEM team whether it would 
still be possible to add the talk to the program.
