At GeoForAll IbA we have proposed to develop a project with external funding called GeoLIBERO (https://www.cyted.org/es/geolibero). The project (which was approved and is under development) spans 4 years (we are starting the third now) and many professionals and academics from several Latin American countries, Spain and Portugal participate in it. There are several (new) Charter Members among these members with the concern of making contributions to OSGeo from this project, beyond its completion. I particularly see that OSGeo has been losing dynamism and I would like to discuss with the Board the way to contribute to its reactivation since it is something that we would be interested in doing. Is there any way to do this?
