[Board] Bolsena code sprint budget request 2022

Dear OSGeo board:

With the upcoming Bolsena code sprint scheduled for June 13 we would like
to ask a financial contribution of €2000 EUR from OSGeo.

I added the Bolsena OSGeo Funding Request
<https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Bolsena_Code_Sprint_2022#OSGeo_Funding_Request> to
the upcoming board meeting. The wiki page covers the event budget and I
believe everything is in order.

We are overjoyed to bring this back as an in person event for 2022 :)
