[Board] CRA working session

Hi board,

looking at 
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_Meeting_2023-07-25#EU_CRA_directive, I 
see there was a "plan a working session to involve projects and 
committees and prepare material for reaching out. Proposed date Tue 8th 
August 13:00UTC". Has this session been held? I can't find any trace of it

it seems the CRA is now aimed at the fast-track process. IThose trilogue 
discussions would be in September

so our timeframe to voice our concerns is really tight.
