[Board] Travis usage of GRASS

OK, as I drill down I do see GRASS usage so all looks fine.
Do you think that 2 concurrent builds would be sufficient or 5 (down from 10).

Hi Michael,
I don't see why there would be no builds on Travis. Examining just commits on main in the last month or so, GitHub shows Travis builds every day.
At this point, we do only builds (not tests) on Travis and the Travis build is often finished before the GitHub Actions even get out of the queue, so less concurrent builds should not influence us much* at this point.
* The quick turnaround was a nice feature though.

After not seeing any builds for a while in Travis from Grass, I just saw one recently.
We were considering cancelling OSGeo’s subscription but if this is something GRASS is actively using/depending on, we can maintain. We might scale back the subscription if its only lightly used those. I have to renew on Feb 19 so if you could let me know before then.
