[Board] Heads up: Open Geoscience Committee budget request

Dear board members,

happy new year to you all.

This is a heads up for the board:
The Open Geoscience Committee intends to submit a budget proposal for 2023. Due to minor technical difficulties (LDAP-issues), the wiki page is still under construction.
The budget proposal will be similar to last years proposal, which is available here:

With the Pandemic finally waning, we are hoping to finally get back in full swing this year.
