[Board] UN Committee Budget Proposal 2024

Hello Board of Directors,

please find the budget proposal of the UN Committee:


*Events to participate*

   - UN-GGIM 14th Session
   - Site Open Source outreach event applied to IGIF during the sessions


The total amount proposed is *4000 USD *and is oriented to enhance the
relationship with the UN and the insertion of OsGeo activities.
