Dear Peter,
With the help from Gobe, we have identified the standards where GeoServer
can be a Reference Implementation (and get certified for free) under the
OGC/OSGeo MOU.
The list is the following:
WMTS 1.0.0
GeoTiff 1.1
WCS 1.0
WCS 1.1.1
WCS 2.0.1
WFS 1.0.0
For the following standards, certification is not free, since OGC has
reached the limit of free waivers for Reference Implementations:
GeoPackage 1.2
WMS 1.1.1
WMS 1.3.0
OGC API - Features 1.0
WFS 1.1.0
WFS 2.0
According to https://www.ogc.org/how-our-compliance-program-works/ we will
need to pay 150$ per certification, a total of 900$
Best regards,
Angelos
