Dear Board,
I would kindly ask you for the guidelines of how to get on the official OSGeo
Chapters list <https://www.osgeo.org/about/local-organizations/> and the
page with the Local chapters <https://www.osgeo.org/local-chapters/>.
Guidelines as - who to address about it and collaborate.
