[Board] Request for an event SOTM LATAM 2025

Dear all committee,
I hope this is very good, I am writing to ask for the possibility of using
the OSGeo Pretax for the SOTM LATAM 2025 event for the management of the
call for papers for the event.
I would be responsible for the event and setting it up together with the
academic committee, but I wanted to ask for authorization.
