[Board] Request for Agenda Inclusion and Presentation of the FOSS4G 2024 Financial History

Dear Board Members,

I would like to request that, at the meeting scheduled for March, we
present the financial history of FOSS4G 2024. We are currently finalizing
our accounting, conducting internal approvals, and adjusting the final
payments, while also considering the anticipated decrease in the dollar to
facilitate the repayment of the initially granted semiannual loan.

We kindly ask for the inclusion of a specific time slot for this
presentation on the March meeting agenda, so that we can address
