[Board] SAC unforseen costs

Just a heads up that OSUOSL data center is shutting down sometime late this
year because the facility is too old.

Since expenditures for them will be higher moving forward, we will need to
consolidate some of our physical servers and will need to setup a hosting
contract with them.
We'll need to negotiate a hosting contract cost with them.

I also expect we will need extra money this year to complete the server
moves as this was unforeseen when our budget was approved.

We are planning to have a meeting with OSUOSL hopefully sometime this week
to go over.

Tom I'm hoping you can make the call.  We haven't negotiated a time yet.
