[Board] Absence from the Meeting Re: Request for Agenda Inclusion and Presentation of the FOSS4G 2024 Financial History

Dear all,
Apologies for the last-minute message, but unfortunately, we will not be
able to attend the meeting to present the proposed agenda due to an
unforeseen event. I would like to apologize and kindly request that our
agenda regarding FOSS4G 2024 and the financial matters be postponed to the
April meeting.
