[Board] Dates for OGC-OSGeo-ASF Code Sprint

Hi Angelos,

I think it's better to rather have them back-to-back than with a week or 
two separating. As long as the event is not taking place exactly at the 
same time in a completely different location in Europe it is fine. As 
such we have no preference if it should be before or after.

In the spirit of sharing, we'd be happy to help with raising awareness 
about the sprint, e.g with a BoF space for plans/introductions (if the 
sprint is post-conf) or any concluding discussions (if the sprint is 
pre-conf).
