Hello all:

We have this project: https://github.com/OSGeo/tilecache Hasn't been
touched in 11 years

Has no README, LICENSE file, etc https://github.com/OSGeo/tilecache
/community

The last mail to the mailing list was on October 2015:
https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/tilecache/

There is a webpage: http://tilecache.org/ which resides on the mailserver

And is not listed on the OSGeo projects https://www.osgeo.org/projects/Domain
is being paid by OSGeo image.png

As it is a project no longer maintained:

I propose to make it a heritage project.
