[Board] OSGeo 2025 Board Election results

 This is also a good reminder to update profiles with contact information,
for board members and officers.
The board page <https://www.osgeo.org/about/board/> provides osgeo.org email
addresses for several roles and individuals.

One of the key findings that went into the website update document was that
contacting folks in an official capacity is difficult.
