[Board] SAC Funding and Volunteer work

In thinking about OSGeo's inability to fund SAC work, what disappointed me
most is not the lack of funding, but that volunteer time is valued at 0
monetary value.
That said, here is a thought that would both ease the SAC funding issue and
provide me some feeling of appreciation and a marketing benefit for my
consulting.

I will donate 80 hrs of my time  which would be a value of 80*$128 = $10240
in exchange for my company being listed as a Gold sponsor on OSGeo site.

This time would be spent on the following

 1. General support
 2. General upgrades and major upgrades
 3. Training osgeo volunteers on Sac work 

I can invoice for this work as I have done in the past, but put in a credit
of $10240 so the invoice balance would be 0.

Note I've already been doing a lot of this this year - e.g. email issues,
DNS stuff, discourse setup, general upgrades to servers.

Does  the Board have issue with this deal?
