I am used to the concept of an intern-ceo but am unfamiliar with working with an organization with a distinct president</span> role. Much of the bylaws have not been updated since there was a distinction between president and chair of the board. notes. It's also good if someone independent looks after the time to ensure that all agenda points can be addressed in the given time frame. It would be too bad if important points which appear later on the agenda are not discussed because - for some reason
or another - previous topics run much longer than their allocated time slot. </div>
