On behalf of FOSS4G 2026 LOC, I would like to ask a few questions<br>
regarding preparations for the conference<br>

1. Website setup<br>
We are planning to hold a domestic FOSS4G conference on October 11-12<br>
and would like to launch the FOSS4G 2026 website prior to this<br>
meeting.<br>
We think that we will first need to arrange web hosting on our side<br>
and then, once ready, request OSGeo to configure the DNS record for<br>
<a href="http://2026.foss4g.org" rel="noreferrer noreferrer noreferrer" target="_blank">2026.foss4g.org</a> accordingly. At this stage, we would like to confirm<br>
the process in advance. Could you please advise us on:<br>
 ･ Whether launching the website in October would be suitable timing<br>

 ･ Informing us of any support or resources OSGeo can provide for our<br>
sponsorship outreach efforts and providing guidance on good practices<br>
