[Bootcamp08] logistics

I think it's hard for people to find rooms but it's more labor content to
maintain signs. What about  having an announcement to get people who are
going to specific rooms to gather. Then all you need is one person in each
group that knows how to get there.

The extra social with these groups might also make it easier for people to
get support in choosing which activity they choose.
