Acho que podemos comentar um pouco sobre nosso capítulo e a visão de como
pensamos em seguir com ele.
Como está nosso capítulo:
Ainda que sem muita participação ativa como capítulo, temos pessoas que,
assim como você, José, tem feito bastante coisa.
Então apesar de parecer inativo, há alguma atividade, sim. Talvez
desarticulada.
Como pensamos em seguir: Quem saber se nos articulamos? Elegendo um
coordenador (presidente?)? atualizando a wiki (
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Brasil)?
