[California] [CGS] Conference in Chico

Looking at the OsGeo wiki last night and trying to figure out where to 
post stuff about the AAG conference I came across the Marketing dept.

Basically, some type of outreach to the academic community, I haven't 
looked at the specifics of the conference yet, but a workshop might be a 
little too much effort this time. So I'd like to go for either a vendor 
table and or a poster at minimum (Either way we should hand out some CDs 
with a live disc or installers of some applications)

Let's figure out where to start the wiki page and put some information 
up about it so we can email it to the Marketing list.
