Well I got it working on my Linux laptop after fighting for a few. Sorry
Joe version 2.0 is the only one available for linux. The site does say
group chat up to 150 people though.

Would someone mind bringing another machine with a working skype install
just in case though.

Landon will be providing a mic and external speakers.

As for text chat, I opened a #caosgeo channel on irc. Since my always on
machine is logged in you can join that anytime from now through the
meeting. It's not a permanent channel.
