Landon and everyone,

How about sat March 20th? I had a geopipes sprint in the calendar with
you Landon, might as well make a day out of it. Perhaps we could have
all the OSGeo organizational stuff earlier in the morning, and then we
can move to something more generic like a presentation of something that
would interest more people and include the baugos crowd followed by some
beers and such.

What do ppl thing about this?

Sent from a phone with a touchscreen keyboard. Pardon brevity!

Stockton isn't everyone's favorite city. I was just trying to be
hospitable. I'm certainly willing to drive over to Ragi's place. Since
we are going to crash his place, I'll let him pick the date and time.
Then we can move forward with some planning for the meeting, if there is
enough interest. I'd still be willing to chip in for some refreshments.

I'd be much more inclined to make a weekend of SF than Stockton
(sorry Landon). With that being said, most of my weekends are full
these days, bike race season is in full swing.

I'll keep my eyes open to what logistic details you guys pull
together, and I'll do my best to make a visit.

		Is anyone listening?

I am :) And it sounds like a great idea! I'd be wiling do drive
up there on the weekend - just post the exact date so I don't do that
drive for no reason.

Also, I'd like to offer my place in downtown SF anytime for any
of the meetings, too. My apt has a business center with a projector I can
reserve at anytime as well as a club house with a bbq and a pool that
can also be reserved.

Alex: maybe you could give us a qgis presentation showing us how
it can be customized through scripting? I have not had enough time to
play with that feature, but it is an area that I have in my TODO list.

See you guys at some point.
