[California] Informal OSGeo meeting this Saturday March 20th

I got a few e-mails asking about the OSGeo informal meeting we are having
this weekend.

If you are planning to attend please edit the wiki or shoot me an e-mail to
get an idea of the headcount.

OSGeo informal social. Anyone interested in geo is invited! Let's get
together and:

   1. Meet face to face and do some geo talk
   2. exchange ideas about geo projects you are using / working on / would
   like to learn about
   3. present some topic of interest
   4. BBQ, beers.
   5. Whatever else you feel like.
