[California] [Off-topic] Annual Meeting Scheduled for October 22

I've used Webex, Gotomeeting, Adobe Conferencing...
But more importantly, I might, if I have enough time have
http://bigbluebutton.org/ setup on my servers before the meeting.
At the very least we could consider some of the free web streaming
options some of the code sprints have used in the past.
