[California] Speakers for the CalGIS Conference in Monterey

Hi Landon,
I was planning on updating my talk about open source cartography (QGIS + 
Inkscape) and submitting that.  Does Jeff want us to submit talks 
through the CalGIS website or does he want to do something different for 
this particular invitation?
