[California] Preliminary Track Schedule for OSGeo Open Source Track at CLSA 2014 Conference

Ragi, Jeff, and Peter:

It looks like the CLSA Conference is in San Diego instead of Reno next
spring. Please let me know if this changes your ability to attend as a
speaker.
