[California] Update on Our 2013 Annual Meeting

Ok, room confirmation was quicker than I thought.  We have a room 
reserved in Hunt Hall at UC Davis for December 7th all day.  It's the 
same place we used a couple of years ago.

I like the idea of an OSM mapping party or some other entry-level 
activity.  I'll be giving a guest lecture in the into GIS class in the 
week right before the meeting, so it would be nice to be able to invite 
the students there and tell them that not all of it will be way over 
their heads.
