[California] Open Source GIS Track at 2014 CLSA Conference: Update

CLSA has approved us for a 1.5 day single track at the 2014 CLSA Conference
in San Diego. I have made some adjustments to our program to fit their
schedule. Would my speaker volunteers please check this web page to confirm
