[California] Annual Meeting Update

Guys:

Jeff Hobbs has agreed to host our annual meeting in San Jose again this
year. (Thanks Jeff!) The meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 27. I
created an event page here:

Jeff will talk about applying QGIS for a water company in Texas. I can talk
about a new GIS design we created at O'Dell Engineering for master plan
communities.

We have two more speaker slots open.

Do we want activities after lunch? Work on the Live DVD, OSM effort,
Hackathon, open cartography symbols???
