[California] OSGeo Booth at FOSS4G

I think the PDX crew have got a handle on running the booth, they just 
need volunteers to help set up, staff, etc.  I volunteered to help and 
they asked if we could bring our CA booth stuff.  I can help bring stuff 
if we can figure out a time to pick it up.
