[California] Annual Meeting Thank You

I want to thank Jeff for hosting our annual meeting again this year at the
San Jose Water Company.

I'd also like to thank Alex, Michelle, Brian and Nahm for showing their
support by attending the meeting. We had excellent talks by both Jeff and
Michelle, from which I took away useful nuggets.

Next year I will try to do a better job of promoting our meeting so that we
have better attendance.
