[California] Wiki Page for the 2015 Annual Meeting

In an attempt to get this meeting planned, here's a Google form.  Please
(1) review it for mistakes or missing things, and (2) fill it out so we can
get a sense of what's on the table.  If the form looks good, we can start
circulating it at get some talks & activities planned.  I contacted one of
the MapTime Sacramento organizers to see if she wants to have a session at
our meeting.
