[California] Annual Meeting in November

Hi All,

I'll again be out of the country on this date, but would _really_ like
to attend. I'll do my best to attend virtually if nothing else.

Note: I am running for the OSGeo Board of directors [1][2], and the
voting closes today. If you are a charter member, I would really
appreciate your vote as a fellow Californian :)
