[California] Annual Meeting in November

November is a tricky month.  I'm definitely interested in meeting.  Nov.
19th works for me, but the 5th doesn't.  The 12th falls on Veteran's Day
weekend, so that's probably not going to work for most people either.
Davis is always an option if other places don't work out.  When we settle
on a date, I can make sure the state government people hear about it and
Alex can send it out to campus I'm sure.
