[California] little OSGeo Meetup in SF on October 11?

BrianH recommended it.  Unknown group size.  Between 5 to 10.

Well it's now 2 days away and others are asking me for details, hence 
time to propose actual details.  I'd say we keep this, unless you or 
others come back with a firm idea asap.  :)
