[California] Participating in FOSS4GNA

Hey California OSGeo folks!  It's been a long time since our last meetup in Dar es Salaam!  Since FOSS4G North America is in our state this year,  let's figure out a way to have a presence there.

I'm going for the conference and workshop days.  Who else will be there?  Do we want to have a booth and/or organize some kind of gathering?  What do you think?  It would be a good opportunity to get some more members and get some interest from the So Cal folks.
