Tomorrow (Friday 7/24) is Day 2 of the QGIS North America Virtual Conference. The day starts out with a workshop on using QGIS for visualizing geology data, then we go into a couple of sessions about teaching tech remotely, then there's 3 sessions in a row about historical GIS and working with historical maps (think georeferencing and data conversion), and we wrap up with a talk on mapping resources for people with disabilities in disasters.

Full conference schedule: http://qgis.us/qgis-na-2020.html Note that the times listed are in the Eastern US timezone and the session titles are links to the streaming page.

All the talks are free and streamed live and archived on YouTube, so you can watch later if you miss something. There's one more day of workshops and talks on 7/31 too! The conference organizers would like to suggest participants make a donation to QGIS if they are able in lieu of registration fees. I or the other conference organizers are happy to answer questions!

Best,
Michele
