CSD and RNF

Dan,

The CSD shpae files you are using. Could it be used for splitting up the
RNF based on city... or adding city reference to the RNF?

Is it in the same projection?

Do CSD's have names or numbers?

Could they be used as a cookie cutter approach for city sized or
regional sized road networks?
