[Carto] Newly joined

Hi all,

I just signed up for this list and wanted to introduce myself.  I'm 
David Winslow (dwins on freenode); I work for OpenGeo on GeoServer, 
GeoExt, and GeoNode.  I don't have a lot of experience with paper maps, 
but I am interested in printing (and currently the maintainer of 
GeoServer's MapFish-based printing plugin).  I am comfortable in python 
so perhaps I can chip in with the reference implementation currently in 
discussion.
